As the conflict becomes deeper and more complicated as the story progresses, I was never quite sure where it was headed next! The two main characters complement each other well, and their blossoming romance was believable and very sweet. But there is a bigger problem: Jorgen is the newly appointed forester, tasked with apprehending the poacher who has been stealing the king’s game.Įlements of the Robin Hood and Swan Lake narratives are incorporated, but the story and characters are unique to themselves.
